We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help assess, design, and improve processes across our internal operations and customer-facing applications. This role will bridge business, operations, and technology teams to ensure efficiency, scalability, and seamless app experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Immerse in operations to gain a deep understanding of workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess and optimize internal business operations, identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
- Review and analyze customer-facing app processes to support a better user experience.
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements from multiple teams into clear functional specifications.
- Create solutions when needed to address operational or process challenges.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to design tools, features, and process improvements.
