Business Systems Analyst - RCM
Role Overview
Reporting to the Lead, People Systems & Analytics, this role is the primary owner of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) at Teck – responsible for both system configuration and practical guidance to Talent Acquisition teams across North America and Latin America.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on RCM configuration experience alongside a demonstrable understanding of full‑cycle recruitment, enabling them to act as a credible advisor to recruiters and hiring managers, not just a system administrator. They are comfortable supporting geographically diverse teams with varying technical proficiency, translating complex system capabilities into clear, actionable guidance, and balancing enterprise‑wide standards with regional operational needs.
