We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona. This role will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and support the design and implementation of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Work with business users, project teams, and leadership to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements
+ Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization
