Our Valued client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with manufacturing experience to join their team in Ottawa's West-End supporting and optimizing an ERP operations within a well-established aerospace manufacturing environment. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to optimize our business processes and ensure the seamless operation of our systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization while leveraging your technical expertise and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the on-site ERP support lead during and after SAP implementation
  • Support the transition from Cincom to SAP
  • Provide Tier 3 functional support to plant users
  • Partner with Corporate IT on system configuration and issue resolution
  • Support manufacturing execution systems and ERP functionality
