Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a contract-to-hire position with a Major Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN.


Pay Rate: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level.

This role is responsible for the execution of all aspects of requirements delivery, including planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management for changes to business areas and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking industry, with specific experience in money movement, checking accounts, and depository accounts, combining both business and systems analyst skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups
  • Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements
  • Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
