Responsibilities

  • Providing functional and technical support for new and existing applications
  • Documenting processes and requirements
  • Preparing UAT

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of technical Business Analysis experience
  • Motivation to learn new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Clear understanding of change management processes
  • Sound knowledge of project management and business analysis methodology
  • Willingness to initiate continuous improvement initiatives

Compensation

Salary band: $85,000 – $95,000. The role also includes performance bonus and retirement savings plan.
