Business Analysis & Journey Mapping Lead discovery activities to understand business objectives, user needs, and pain points across wealth management journeys.Create and maintain end-to-end customer and advisor journey maps that highlight opportunities, dependencies, and value drivers.Decompose complex business problems into clear themes, epics, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Story Mapping & Requirements Definition Facilitate story-mapping workshops to align stakeholders on scope, sequencing, and incremental value delivery.Translate business outcomes into structured functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.Ensure requirements remain aligned to strategic objectives throughout delivery.
