The “Business System Analyst” will be based in Guadalajara North Campus, reporting to Senior Manager, Information Technology
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to Flex ERP Logistics systems and their interfaces with ERP.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Functional support for BAAN ERP Logistics Application for Global Flex.
- Understand user requirements to fix ERP Logistics issues and provide comprehensive documentation for users to understand the problem and the corrective actions taken.
- Address incidents to analyze the root cause through the Problem Management process and define improvement actions. Work closely with the incident managers.
- Process improvement, errors/bugs identification and fixing. Close interact with development & solution teams to provide system bug ...
