The Opportunity

Customer order technical and workflow knowledge used to conduct complex, thorough, and technical analysis of management systems, workflows, and requirements within Infor M3. Responsible for the understanding and documentation of these functional requirements in order to clearly identify user requirements and business processes. Acts as a change agent to support user compliance and understanding of new processes.

The Role

  • Key stakeholder and process owner of areas within Infor M3, specifically relating to Customer Order entry and all its related supporting processes:

  • Includes CO data retrieved from/going to external applications

  • Understanding of sell price calculations, sell price matrices, and CO configuration across all M3 modules

  • Acts as the subject matter expert for CO workflows, driving improvements and ensuring system integrity
