Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
- Document requirements, analyze business problems to identify solutions and make recommendations/create business cases for improvement.
- Coordinates and facilitates subject matter expert workshops or meetings.
- Identify opportunities for improved utilization of existing business applications and processes and integrate business process improvements with system improvements to create wholistic and cost optimized processes.
- Contributes to pilot and implementation plans, participates in pilots and rollouts and reporting/follow-up activities.
- Reviews impacts of upcoming system changes and assists with implementing changes to accommodate.
