Business & Systems Analyst

This is a remote position.

• Owning the end-to-end analysis lifecycle, from discovery to structured delivery.
  
• Eliciting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear, unambiguous system specifications.
  
• Converting business needs into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional and non-functional requirements.
  
• Designing system workflows that are scalable and logically coherent.
  
• Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, edge cases, and hidden risks before development begins.
  
• Working closely with Product Manager to refine scope and eliminate ambiguity.
