Role Summary As a BSA, the candidate is expected to translate business roadmap, backlog, KPIs into technical deliverables, maintain backlog hygiene, and co-work with customers to refine backlog.

Daily Responsibilities / Deliverables:

- Conduct workshops & gather requirements.

- Define KPI logic, metrics, and acceptance criteria.

- Maintain Jira/SNOW backlog and sprint refinement.

- Validate Power BI output accuracy.

- Present data insights to business users.

Frameworks / Tools Expected:

Power BI, Azure DevOps, Excel, Jira, Confluence

Copilot / AI Productivity Enablement

Use Copilot for Power BI / M365 to auto-draft KPI documentation, backlog stories, and acceptance criteria.
