Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Systems Analyst - AI Chatbot. This position involves supporting a cutting-edge chatbot project within the Capital Markets domain, working closely with FX traders and pricing systems to enhance user engagement and process automation.

Pay rate range (CAD): $68.84/hr – $82.60/hr

Responsibilities

• Engage with FX traders and Capital Markets stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements
• Translate business needs into chatbot workflows and feature specifications
• Manage user stories and track progress using JIRA
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation in Confluence, covering chatbot behaviors and system integration points
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless chatbot implementation and deployment
