About Our Client: Our client specializes in the Life Sciences and Personal Care markets. They are looking for a Business System Analyst for a 12 month contract.
Responsibilities:
Gathering and documenting business requirements
Creating functional design documents (FDDs) and technical documentation
Collaborating closely with D365 developers and functional business units
Supporting system enhancements and customization initiatives
Coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Providing process and system support related to D365 Supply Chain and Operations functionalities (e.g., sales order creation workflows)
The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
