Business System Analyst Manager

Job Description :

• Manage a team of business system analysts and infrastructure to support local infrastructure & business applications handled by IT Shared Services Centre
• Liaise with users to gather requirements and propose total business solutions to satisfy their needs
• Lead the project team to ensure application & infrastructure development, implementation, enhancement and maintenance are delivered promptly.
• Manage procedures to handle development requests, problem resolutions activities
• Coordinate with the database service team in maintaining databases and application systems, ensuring performance improvements
• Support various business requirements with expertise in the development and enhancement of business applications
• Review application and performance recommend any necessary changes.
