Business System Analyst 

At Zurich Capability Center, we are looking for a Business System Analyst with strong experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, particularly in Commercial Property Insurance.
This role is ideal for someone who has been part of large-scale transformation initiatives, brings deep domain knowledge, and can act as a strategic bridge between business and technology teams in an agile environment. 

Role Description: 
Be responsible for requirements elaboration for features assigned. 
Document the requirements working with business SMEs and handover the requirements to development teams. 
Provide support to the development team during implementation through clarifications and pre-UAT testing.
