The role requires deep banking domain knowledge, strong analytical skills, and close collaboration with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document end-to-end loan servicing processes, including:
- Loan lifecycle events
- Repayment schedules, accruals, prepayments
- Charges, fees, penalties
- Accounting definitions and GL postings
- Business rules
