Job Description

This dynamic and developing role is Hybrid with required days in our Ipswich Office, overseeing a portfolio of clients ‘post placement / non-contractual’ along with supporting Client Executives to provide excellent Client Service. The successful candidate will be part of the Marine CUBS team. This role is mainly Administration based along with some elements of technical solutions for both direct and reinsurance placements. Will also manage and help develop client and Willis Towers Watson relationships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Understand the clients’ business needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service. Investigating / trouble shooting and the ability to see queries through to resolution
  • Understand, apply and where necessary explain the business unit policies and procedures
  • Provide subject matter expertise where required
