Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Support Officer.

2 days remote 3 days in the office
You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative support service to the teams within Business Support. The main duties will include monitoring and co-ordinating customer feedback that is received through a single point of access via the Council’s dedicated website that is managed by the Business Support Team. You will be responsible for logging and handling all MP enquiries, Patch Problems and complaints to ensure all feedback is used to drive customer service improvements. You will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure enquiries are dealt with effectively.
