Job Description

We are looking for a business-oriented professional to join our Hungary organization in a hybrid role combining finance business partnering, performance management, commercial support, and operational coordination.


This is not a traditional accounting or pure controlling role. We are looking for someone with strong financial foundations who has evolved into a broader business and strategic profile, with the ability to support cross-functional operations and business execution.


Experience & Background

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience

  • Strong background in Finance Business Partnering, Business Controlling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance

  • Additional exposure to Strategy, Performance Management, Operations, Supply Chain Coordination, or Consulting is considered an advantage

  • Experience in MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare is a plus

  • Consulting background is considered an advantage
