This is a 2-3 month sick cover requirement, with the potential to extend depending on business needs.

Your new role

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring strong organisation and a professional approach. Duties will include:

Managing a shared inbox and responding to facilities-related queries
Logging, tracking and managing tickets via Freshdesk or a similar system
Ensuring meeting rooms are set up and maintained to a high standard
