The Business Support Executive will assist multiple teams in the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of enterprise software solutions. This role is ideal for sharp, tech-savvy individuals with a keen interest in enterprise software, business process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration — who are comfortable using AI tools and can hit the ground running.
(B)JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
Software Implementation & Configuration:
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of various enterprise tools and software.
- Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Conduct system testing (UAT) to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Coordinate with software vendors for technical support, issue resolution, and module setup.
