Key Duties
  • Organizing appointments, scheduling meetings and handling basic bookkeeping
  • Planning business itineraries, booking flights, and arranging accommodations.
  • Prepare meeting materials, maintain records, and assist with administrative documentation when required.
  • Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and important tasks are followed up promptly and efficiently
Requirements
  • Min 1 year of experience as a PA
  • Comfortable to travel overseas for work
