Job Summary

:

The Business Support will be collaborating with the DTC teams in different locations to provide local HR support for the Taiwan Digital Technology Center. Areas of responsibility include employee engagement initiatives, office


Administration and maintenance, attendance system maintenance, office procurement, local IT Device contact, local Safety administrative support, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement Initiatives
  • With guidance provide support to HR managers to implement employee engagement initiatives.

  • Provide support to promote West organizational culture.
  • Office Administration and Maintenance
  • Take charge of office maintenance and supplier management.

  • Be the contact of office device management.

  • Handle promptly both incoming and outgoing mails, circulation of reports and faxes when necessary
