YOUR ROLE

Reporting directly to the HR Director and supporting the executive team and broader business, you will operate across a variety of areas as a Business Support Coordinator. You will bring a diverse background, having held roles where no two days are the same.

This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to pivot between project coordination, operational administration, and office support duties.

  • Manage key appointments and travel arrangements for the Executive team

  • Lead key HR initiatives, such as the employee recognition program

  • Schedule and coordinate quarterly and other key internal meetings, including agenda planning, meeting logistics, and catering

  • Provide project and communications support to the APAC HR Director on major change initiatives, new programs, and business-wide communications
