The Business Support Assistant is responsible for managing Control Tower Commercial activities, including the creation of spot quotations, rate card updates, and MRS (Market Rate Sheet) updates. Additionally, this role involves supporting Global Account Managers and Directors in the management of awarded shipments, as well as the generation and submission of reports related to spot quotations, rate cards, and MRS requests directly to customers. 

The Business Support Assistant is expected to ensure the highest quality of service in all Control Tower processes, adhering to KPIs related to quality, timeliness, and utilization/productivity. This includes proactively ...
