  • Provide reporting services and/or indicated operations support to the respective region or country of assignment. 

  • Strive for compliance with the required reporting KPI.

  • Ensure business process/methodology is applied accordingly and accurately.

  •  Establish a proactive communication among customers in the respective region or country of assignment.

    • Description: 

  • Ensure on-time and accurate generation of reports according to the required KPI of account assignment.

  • Compilation and review of monthly management reports of which KPIs and centralized reporting are fed.

  • Execute various customer reports as required / requested by clients.

  • Support Reporting team projects and initiate continuous process improvement.

  • Communicate and work harmoniously with the customer.
