Full Time Job Details: Responsible in timely booking of Export & Import Parcel shipments to UPS Website and register respectively in Tango system To ensure maintenance of Air Events in Tango for shipment track and trace and is responsible in efficient and smooth handling of shipment To handle claims process if required for lost shipments Description: To ensure processing all Export and Import Parcel shipments requests received from clients are booked to UPS Website and register the shipments in Tango system respectively. To ensure that all bookings made in UPS (Vendor booking & On-Account booking) are registered in Tango based on the daily Unregistered Report & weekly Recon Report. To ensure that OPS026 – Track & Trace Events are updated accurately, and investigations are made if necessary to ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments.
