TheBusiness Support Assistantis responsible forControl TowerBillingactivities relatedupdating and issuance of billing to the customer and/or cross trade partner.Theymustensurethe highest quality of servicewhich includescompliance to KPI – Quality, Timeliness and Utilization / Productivity.Theyareexpectedto proactively communicate issues identified with theprocess and provide improvement suggestions.

Billing Support - Bill shipments according to the SOP.

Complete all shipments pulled in the daily workload dueforbilling on a daily basis.
