Business Strategy & Operations Specialist

In this role, you will partner closely with the GBS Center Lead and support the coordination of cross‑functional activities across areas such as Finance, Procurement, People Engagement, and Agile Coaches. You will help translate business priorities into practical actions, support operational follow‑up, and contribute to process improvement and governance initiatives.

The position is designed for someone who is hands‑on, collaborative, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. You will play an important role in helping the team stay aligned, ensuring follow‑through on priorities, and supporting the execution of strategic and operational topics in a structured way. A strong engineering mindset, consulting exposure, and experience in client‑facing environments will be highly valued.
