Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Finance Structurer III will originate, structure and advise on complex financing transactions. In this role, you will structure complex financial solutions by understanding the requirements of the customers and the applicable financial, legal, regulatory and tax frameworks.
Key Accountabilities
Develop a thorough understanding of the financial business landscape and the corresponding business risks in assigned geography. Participate in client facing activities to understand customers' complex financial solutions requirements. Lead and review documentations for ongoing and new transactions within the assigned geography. Structure complex financial solutions based on current and potential market opportunities.
