In this role you will:
  • Act as a trusted solution partner to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance on IP capabilities, constraints, and solution options

  • Lead solution discovery and definition for complex initiatives impacting core IP systems, integrations, and vendor platforms (e.g., RPM) 

  • Own the end‑to‑end solution design, ensuring alignment across business requirements, architecture standards, regulatory obligations, and operational readiness

  • Partner with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to validate technical feasibility, sequencing, and implementation approach

  • Identify and document impacts, risks, trade‑offs, and dependencies across journeys, products, and downstream systems

  • Ensure solution approaches are clearly articulated to senior technology and business leadership to support informed decision‑making
