This role is not just about processing licenses — it’s about advising clients strategically , helping them choose the right jurisdiction, structure, and setup that aligns with their long-term business and tax goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Consultation Act as a trusted advisor for entrepreneurs, investors, and corporates entering the UAE market
- Recommend the right jurisdiction: Mainland vs Freezone vs DIFC
- Guide clients on business activities, ownership structures, and regulatory requirements
- Jurisdiction Expertise In-depth understanding of:
- UAE Mainland company formation
- DIFC structures including:
- Family offices
