Role Overview

Business Services Advisor (BSA) in the Business Management Directorate (BMD) of the Business and International Innovation (BII) Branch.

Responsible for providing strategic business-related advice, developing reports, and managing IP commercialization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Research, synthesize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative information on research agreements, new project pipelines, and client relationships to produce reports for senior management.
  • Develop presentation and training materials.
  • Lead event development, planning, and coordination of the Business Development Community of Practice (BDCoP).
  • Assist the IP Commercialization Lead in managing IP commercialization initiatives and relationships with potential licensees.
