Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Administration Identify, canvass, and establish new customer accounts with strong growth potential. Monitor and analyse monthly sales performance for assigned customers. Extract and interpret daily sales data from SAP to monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions where necessary. Provide regular customer and sales performance feedback to the Regional Manager. Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives that align customer strategies with the company's objectives. Support route planning in collaboration with the Warehouse and Logistics teams. Plan and coordinate customer trade evenings and promotional events to strengthen customer relationships and increase product awareness.
