Main role is to service incoming calls from our client's call center and make sure all KPIs are met.
Essential Job Functions:
• Execute business process transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, and other team members.
• Assist in process improvement projects and data analysis.
• Support the team in identifying process bottlenecks and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with established quality and procedural guidelines.
• Contribute to updating and documenting process procedures.
• Work with the team to achieve performance targets and quality standards.
• Participate in training and development programs.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
