About this opportunity

As a Business Process Specialist (BPS) you will report to the Business Development Manager and collaborate closely with the EMEA Business Process Manager & DSO reporting Specialist. You will be responsible for generating optimal business workflows with Dental Special Organizations (DSO) in the UKI. You will be mapping current workflows with our Operations, Commercial, Finance and Reporting teams and enhance infrastructure and service to large accounts across the UKI market. You will also lead optimization plans with DSO stakeholders, establish robust ways of working and carry out “added-value” initiatives. In collaboration with the regional Business Development Manager, you will also be responsible for qualitative and quantitative data capture, analysis and action planning aimed at driving commercial performance.
