Business Process ControllerSteer financial performance for one Asian country where the Group’s R&D activities and conducted , ensuring delivery of annual targets aligned with the strategic plan. Act as a trusted finance business partner to R&D, plant, and project stakeholders, supporting operational and strategic decision-making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and medium-term projections , including analysis of forecast versus actual results and identification of corrective actions. Manage and monitor investment projects, activity portfolios, and action plans in close coordination with Project Managers and PMO. Ensure the accurate financial treatment of R&D costs and compliance with applicable accounting rules and Group guidelines.
