Role/Responsibilities :

  • Understand business trend and corporate strategy direction to design, align and improve E2E business processes that enable LOB achieving their business goals and come up with corporate goal.
  • Provide consulting to process owner and LOB regarding correct approach to achieve process improvement objectives.
  • Assess key business processes after deployment for a period of time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, study and analyze gaps for improvement.
  • Establish process related policies, standards, governance and methodologies. Adopt a process culture and build coalition to move process improvement forward. Study new BP techniques and tools, select appropriate techniques to apply for corporate.
  • Job Specifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in MBA, MIS, IACT, IE, Computer Science, Apply Statistics, IT Management.
