Business Process Analyst to support ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro)

S.i. Systems public sector client is looking for a Business Process Analyst to support ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, SAM Pro, etc.). This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on technical expertise, including configuration and developer support when needed, to drive innovation and maintain platform integrity. A core aspect of this role is the ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate, and manage incoming requests across multiple stakeholders and initiatives.

1 year contract to start. Hybrid model in Richmond (3 days per week onsite).

Must Haves

  • 5+ years industry experience as a Business Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
