Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead process architecture, business process improvement, and transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Business, Sales, Risk, and other teams to design end-to-end solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct process mapping and documentation using tools such as flowcharts, SIPOC, and value stream mapping to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis, Fishbone) to resolve complex process issues.
• Support quality and risk management by ensuring processes meet control, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing performance metrics, building dashboards, and monitoring KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
