We are looking for a Junior Business Process Analyst for this project!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes using Appian-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements.
• Provide support to end users for live applications.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for new features and application enhancements.
• Document processes, recommend automation opportunities, and support the adoption of new practices through workshops and training sessions.
