Business Process Analyst 2

Scholarship: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Electronics.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of related experience

Knowledge:

  • Quality Tools (5s, DMAIC, 6 sigma, Doe, 5 Why, 8D, Poka Yoke).
  • Tools Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Jidoka, JIT, Kanban, TPM, Std Work, Cell Manufacturing, SMED).
  • SMT Process (Screen Printing, Reflow Oven, Pin Trough Hole, Wave Soldering, ICT, Test).
  • Mechanical Integration(Top Level).
  •  Lean Six Sigma
  • English 90%.

    • Activities / Responsibilities :

    • Implementation of improvements to increase line capacity and cost reduction.

    • Kaizen, to improvement the production processes.

    • Mapping (VSM), to describe the current condition of process or line, to find opportunities of improvements.
