Job Summary


The Business Platform Operations level II is an experienced systems administrator who is eager to grow their technical skills on a worldwide stage.


The ideal candidate is an analytical individual with great attention to detail and an ability to multitask and shift priorities efficiently.



Duties and Responsibilities



  • Maintain essential IT operations including Marketplace Portal, Customer Pricing Tool (CPT) and DIMS requests.

  • Manage enhancement projects and testing.

  • Analyze client requests for portal customizations, coordinate with CLP Developers when necessary to determine whether requests are viable, and work on next steps.

  • Provide portal demos for potential new clients, catered to each client’s needs.

  • Coordinate with B2B integration project stakeholders to ensure correct catalog feeds are available.
