  • Ensure the optimal functioning and smooth organisation of the Business Planning Section.

  • Represent the section in initiatives and cross-team projects.

  • Organise and support meetings, events, and webinars — from planning and logistics to documentation and follow-up.

  • Coordinate internal team meetings and streamline internal processes.

  • Handle financial and procurement-related tasks, liaising with external suppliers and managing contracts, invoices, and signatures.

  • Take on ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks according to team needs.

  • Maintain and update section documentation via SharePoint.

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships across all relevant internal teams.
