Reporting tothe Manager, Engagement Data and Impact the Business Planneris responsible forsupportingtheResidentandCommunityServicesdivision'sstrategic,operationalandbusinessplanningprocessesbydevelopingbusinessplans,policies,proceduresandstandardsusingindustrybestpractices.TheincumbentwillmeasureandanalyzeperformanceandempiricaldatafortheResidentandCommunityServicesdivisionandensurethattheDivision’ssystems,practicesandprogramsareachievingdesiredimpactinTCHCcommunitiesandarealignedwithvalues,policies,andcorporatestrategicplans.
