The Opportunity:
You'll work closely with a diverse team and other Lead Specialists to establish, deliver and embed the Global Business Partner Management Framework across our Australian Operations. Through collaboration, innovation and stakeholder engagement, you'll support our sites in building consistent standards while improving Business Partner Management safety, financial and delivery outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead change management and deployment activities for the Business Partner Management (BPM) Framework, ensuring effective planning, implementation and operational readiness across deployment waves.
