Job Description

This role will be responsible for identifying operational gaps, driving process improvements, and ensuring efficiency across multiple sales operations workflows. The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to initiate and lead projects from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, map, and improve current operational processes across different verticals.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable, long-term solutions.
  • Act as a connector between teams such as Onboarding, Contracts, Credit & Collections, Billing, and Incentives.
  • Align process improvements and reporting needs with global stakeholders.
  • Initiate and lead operational projects aimed at improving efficiency and governance.
  • Document SOPs and support the development of KPIs/OKRs for operational workflows.
