Job Description
Overview
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for protecting JYSK’s assets and minimizing losses through effective execution of loss prevention policies and procedures in store. You will also assist the store management team in instilling company values and customer promises within the team and in the store.
Responsibilities
- Follow all loss prevention and key control policies to reduce shrink.
- Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full store inventory counts.
- Place weekly orders to ensure sufficient inventory.
Qualifications
- Approximately 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Compensation
The base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
