Business Operations & Admin Manager (Tech Startup)

Mid Valley, KL

RM 6,000 – RM 7,000 | Mon–Fri

Our Client is a growing tech startup building digital platforms for the financial services industry, and we're looking for a hands-on Admin & Operations Manager to take full ownership of office and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office & administrative operations
  • Manage vendors, procurement & service arrangements
  • Track invoices and coordinate with finance
  • Support leadership with operational execution
  • Improve workflows and ensure smooth internal processes

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field.
  • Startup/tech experience is a MUST
  • 3–5 years in admin/operations
  • Independent, structured & highly accountable
  • Strong multitasker with excellent follow-through
  • Good cmmunication skills in English, Mandarin and BM
