Business Operations & Admin Manager (Tech Startup)

RM 6,000 – RM 7,000 | Mon–Fri
Our Client is a growing tech startup building digital platforms for the financial services industry, and we're looking for a hands-on Admin & Operations Manager to take full ownership of office and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office & administrative operations
- Manage vendors, procurement & service arrangements
- Track invoices and coordinate with finance
- Support leadership with operational execution
- Improve workflows and ensure smooth internal processes
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field.
- Startup/tech experience is a MUST
- 3–5 years in admin/operations
- Independent, structured & highly accountable
- Strong multitasker with excellent follow-through
- Good cmmunication skills in English, Mandarin and BM
